Dorzox T Eye Drop is a prescription eye medication used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in the eyes, especially in conditions like:
Open-angle glaucoma
Ocular hypertension
It is manufactured by Cipla Ltd. and contains two active ingredients:
Dorzolamide (2%) – a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor
Timolol (0.5%) – a beta-blocker
These work together to reduce the production of fluid (aqueous humor) inside the eye, helping to lower eye pressure and prevent optic nerve damage.

Glaucoma (especially open-angle type) – helps lower eye pressure and protect vision.
Ocular Hypertension – reduces high pressure in the eyes to prevent long-term complications.
💧 How to Use
Dosage: Typically, one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily, or as directed by your eye specialist.
Instructions:
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Tilt your head back and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
Squeeze one drop into the eye without touching the dropper to your eye or skin.
Close your eyes and press gently at the corner (near the nose) for 1–2 minutes.
Wipe away any excess liquid.
Wait 5–10 minutes before applying other eye drops, if prescribed.

Asthma or Breathing Disorders: Use cautiously or avoid.
Heart problems: Use only under a doctor’s supervision.
Kidney conditions: Consult your doctor before use.
Contact lenses: Remove before applying and wait 15 minutes before reinserting.
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Use only if prescribed by a doctor.
